How often do my points get updated?

Your points will be updated on a fortnightly basis.

Where will my prizes be sent to?

To your home address, this will be the address you entered on your registration form.

I've hit redeem, why haven't I received any emails yet?

Please check your spam/junk folder. Emails will come from points@navienchoice.com, please add this to your safe sender list.

How long does the redemption process take?

The full process can take up to 28 working days.

When does the scheme run until?

Navien Choice runs from 1st June 2021, Navien reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.

How do I claim my points?

Your installation points will be added to your account automatically every fortnight, you can then use these points to redeem a wide range of products on the My Points page.

I'm missing installation points?

Points are earned against qualifying boiler installations (to see the full points and products list click here) and updated on your account fortnightly. If you have a query about points please email our dedicated Navien Choice team at points@navienchoice.com.

Can I return a reward?

Rewards are non returnable once received. Should your goods be damaged or faulty, please contact points@navienchoice.com.
